We Are Publishing an Anonymised Dataset of 3,100 Alumni Career Paths
Ten years of transitions between academia, industry and public service — released openly for researchers and students.

An anonymised dataset covering the career transitions of 3,100 alumni over ten years is now published under an open licence.
The dataset records role type, sector, geography and transition timing. It contains no names, institutions or identifying detail, and members opted in explicitly.
We are releasing it because the questions students ask us most often — how long does the move from postdoc to industry actually take, how many people come back — deserve answers grounded in evidence rather than anecdote.
A companion notebook with worked examples is included. Corrections and derived analyses are welcome.
