Programme Manager — STEM Outreach

About the role

Run a school outreach portfolio across four states, managing a field team of nine and a budget of ₹2.4 crore.

What you will do

• Own delivery, budget and reporting for the four-state portfolio
• Manage a distributed field team of nine coordinators
• Build and maintain relationships with state education departments
• Design and run the programme's monitoring and evaluation framework

What we are looking for

• Four or more years managing education or development programmes
• Direct experience working with government school systems
• Comfort with M&E frameworks and donor reporting
• Willingness to travel roughly 40% of the time
